Who you are dealing with

This site is run by AIF OÜ, registry code 16654436, an Estonian company. If you want anything below explained, corrected, or deleted, write to info@droneapprovalsupport.com and a person will reply.

What our own pages store on your device

Nothing. We set no cookies of our own, we store nothing in your browser's local storage, and we run no analytics — no visit counting, no session recording, no advertising tags. We do not load fonts, scripts, or images from anyone else's servers either, so reading these pages puts you in contact with nobody but us.

That is why you have not been asked to accept anything. There is nothing to ask about until you choose to load the booking calendar, which is the one part of this site that involves another company — and it is described below rather than buried in a pop-up.

The enquiry form

When you send the form on the contact page it goes to Formspree, a form-handling service, which passes it to us by email. What you send is what we receive: your name, your email address, your country, your message, and your company name if you filled that in.

We use it to answer you and, if we end up working together, to do the work. We do not sell it, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not send you anything you did not ask for. The form contacts Formspree only at the moment you press send — not while you are typing.

The booking calendar

Booking is handled by Cal.com. Their calendar is not loaded until you press the button that asks for it, and until you do, nothing of theirs runs on this site and no request reaches them.

If you load it — or if you follow the link to open the booking page on cal.com directly, which comes to the same thing — Cal.com and the analytics and advertising services running on their pages store cookies and other data on your device. Observed on 1 August 2026, those included Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking, the Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel, the X (Twitter) advertising pixel, a visitor-identification service called RB2B, the Intercom support chat, and Cloudflare's bot protection.

Two things worth being plain about. That list is what we measured on 1 August 2026 — it belongs to another company and can change without them telling us, so read it as what we saw rather than as a promise about what you will get. And none of it is avoided by using the plain link instead of the button: it is the same Cal.com page either way. If you would rather not meet any of that, use the enquiry form — it reaches us, it needs none of this, and it gets you the same free approval check.

When you do book, Cal.com holds what you enter on their booking form — your name, your email address, and your answers to the questions we ask — and passes it to us so the appointment reaches our calendar.

How long we keep things

Enquiries and booking details stay in our email and calendar for as long as we may reasonably need them: to answer you, to carry out work you ask for, and to meet the record-keeping rules that apply to a company. If you would like your enquiry deleted, ask us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@droneapprovalsupport.com. Formspree and Cal.com hold their own copies of whatever passed through them, under their own privacy policies, and we will tell you what we know about that if you ask.
