Drone approval made simple

Want to use drones in your business?

We help you understand what permission you need, prepare the right documents, and move toward legal drone operations.

The problem

Drone rules are confusing when aviation is not your business.

Most businesses do not start with aviation knowledge. They start with a practical idea: inspect roofs, clean facades, survey land, monitor sites, or offer drone services.

Then the questions begin. Are we allowed to fly there? Do we need permission? What documents are required? Who do we submit them to? What happens if we get it wrong?

We turn that uncertainty into a clear next step.

Where you land

EASA drone categories

EASA — the European Union Aviation Safety Agency — sorts every drone flight into one of three categories by how much risk it carries. The category you fall into decides what you have to prove before you fly.

  1. Open

    Low risk. No authorisation needed.

  2. Our focus

    Specific

    Risk assessment and authorisation required.

  3. Certified

    Aviation-grade certification required.

Most commercial drone operators need Specific category approval. Whatever risk-assessment route your operation requires, we handle it — this is where we focus.

Process

Simple first. Detailed only when needed.

  1. Tell us your idea

We start with a short call or message about your business, your drone plans, and where you want to operate.

  2. We define the work

If we can help, we explain the likely approval route and send a clear quote.

  3. We prepare the documents

After approval of the quote, we prepare the agreed paperwork — covering your operation, responsibilities, procedures, risks, and safety measures — and review it with you.

  4. We support the submission

Through the optional Submission Package, we can handle the submission and any authority follow-up questions — or you're free to submit it yourself.

  5. We help you stay compliant

After approval, the optional Operational Package gives you the paperwork to plan and log flights, and the optional Compliance Package checks your documents stay compliant once a year. Nothing is mandatory.

Aviation professionals

Built on real aviation experience.

  • Background

    Professional airline flight-operations experience

  • Track record

We hold our own Specific category authorisation and fly under it — the applicant and the operator, not only the author

  • Track record

Two Specific category operations manuals written by us and approved by Transpordiamet

What you actually receive

A clear, ready-to-submit manual.

Your manual explains your operation, responsibilities, procedures, risks, and safety measures in plain language, structured the way authorities expect — without you needing to learn aviation terminology first.

  • Operations Manual
  • Risk Assessment
One page from a drone operations manual: a Concept of Operations section describing an operational scenario, its limits, and the airspace it may be flown in.
An example page: the Concept of Operations section — the part that sets out what you fly, where, and within which limits.

Stay compliant after approval

Approval is only the start.

Once you are operating you still need to plan flights and keep records. The optional Operational Package and Compliance Package cover that part — planning and logging documents you own, not a software platform you have to log into.

A flight summary log open on a laptop: one row per flight, recording the flight reference, date, aircraft, location, pilot in command, start and end times, flight duration, and take-off and landing counts, with page and cumulative totals.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you guarantee approval?

No. Final approval is always issued by the relevant aviation authority. We help prepare and structure the paperwork, and support the process where agreed.

Is the approval check free?

Yes. The first check is free and gives you high-level direction on the likely approval route, the document types involved, and the next step. Formal assessment and document preparation start only after the scope and the quote are agreed.

Do I need to understand drone regulations first?

No. The point of our service is to explain the requirements in normal business language and guide you through the practical steps.

Can you help if we do not own drones yet?

Yes. We can help you understand what may be required before you invest in equipment, pilots, or operations.

Can you help outside Europe?

Our first focus is Europe. Selected UK and US cases may be considered where the scope is clear.

Can you help us stay compliant after approval?

Yes — through the optional Operational Package and Compliance Package. Neither is a subscription: the first is a one-time set of planning and logging documents, and the second is a yearly check billed only when we do it. Nothing is mandatory, and you keep your own copies either way.
